Return&Refund Policy:Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on shawllarlife.com. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (3.6% for PayPal users, ). Orders purchased after 30 days could not be cancelled.

Return & Refund Conditions
(1). Email our customer service: hello@shawllarlife.com including:
*order number, the question you have and the photos of the product
(2). Get authorization from Customer Service
(3). Ship back your item after the authorization
*a photo of the plastic bag you have been shipped back
*If you returned multiple items, please provide a photo of the products you shipping back(showing the detail sku number for us to calculate the refund price)
(ATTENTION: Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not opened, returned in original packaging)
*Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
(4). Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

Compensation time-frame:
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-3 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
PayPal account refunds: Up to 2 business days
Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days
You'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via order@shawllarlife.com.
